We process and ship orders from within the United States. Here's what to expect once you place an order with Tallow and Honey.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping
Orders of $85 or more ship free within the U.S. Any other active promotions will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Tallow and Honey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package leaves our facility, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed shipment. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help redirect a shipment if it hasn't already been delivered.
