Store Policies
Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something about your order isn't right, we want to make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. This applies to both unopened and opened/used products — we stand behind what we make, and if you're not happy with how a product worked for you, we want to know.
How Returns Work
- Email us at tallowandhoneyco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- We'll respond with next steps. In many cases, we can resolve issues with a replacement, exchange, or refund without requiring the product to be shipped back — particularly for opened skincare items, where return shipping of used personal-care products isn't practical.
- If a physical return is needed, we'll provide instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), or your request is approved, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Opened a product and it's not working for your skin?
That's okay — let us know. We'd rather make it right than have you stuck with something you won't use.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Want a different product or scent instead of a refund? Let us know in your request and we'll set up an exchange as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such at time of purchase
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
