Violet- works both internally and externally to stimulate sluggish or stuck lymph. It works gently to get things moving while reducing inflammation in the process. It is wonderful to aid the treatment of sore, swollen lymph glands. It is often used to support the removal of toxins from the system.

Sweet Orange- works wonderfully as a lymphatic system regulator. It is used to detox and fight fluid retention and cellulite.

Lemon- can help cleanse the lymphatic glands and stimulates detoxification.

Juniper Berry- known for its detoxifying and helps clear congestion in the skin by encouraging healthy circulation and lymphatic system. It been known to support correct drainage of water in the lymphatic system, which can reduce the causes of inflammation. It is well known for use in massage to ease muscle pain, edema, lymph congestion, bloating, vericose veins and fluid retention.

Rosemary- helps stimulate the flow of the lymphatic system’s responsibility for clearing away toxins and waste that harm skin’s lymphatic circulation and have anti-inflammatory benefits, making it an aid for swollen lymph nodes.
