Where do you source your ingredients?
I source all my fat from local, regenerative, grass finished farms around the middle TN region. I have a personal relationship with every farm I support and love what they stand for.

Do I need to keep my products cold?
Tallow at room temperature typically lasts 6-12 months. If refrigerated it has been known to last longer, but I personally store mine at room temperature.
